AI transparency
Linix.online uses artificial intelligence as part of a structured technical publishing workflow. This policy explains where AI may be used, how output is controlled and what responsibilities remain with the publisher.
Our position
Artificial intelligence can help organise information, generate drafts, improve consistency and scale documentation work. It can also produce convincing but incorrect commands, fabricated details, obsolete methods or inappropriate recommendations.
For that reason, Linix.online does not treat AI output as inherently accurate. AI assistance is one part of a broader publishing system rather than an independent editorial authority.
Where AI may be used
AI may assist with:
- Topic planning and outline generation
- Drafting explanations and procedural text
- Rewriting unclear passages
- Generating frequently asked questions
- Creating titles and meta descriptions
- Suggesting internal links
- Generating image prompts
- Producing or refining diagrams
- Checking structural consistency
Linux Publisher Studio
Linix.online uses an automated publishing platform called Linux Publisher Studio. The platform coordinates multiple stages such as planning, writing, repair, validation, images, diagrams, metadata, WordPress publishing and logging.
The workflow is designed to apply deterministic requirements to generated content, including required section order, safe HTML structure, code-block formatting, metadata synchronisation, image handling and technical validation.
What AI does not replace
AI assistance does not replace:
- Technical accountability
- Verification against supported documentation
- Security judgement
- Testing in relevant environments
- Correction and maintenance
- Reader responsibility for production changes
Validation controls
Depending on the article and workflow version, validation may check matters such as:
- Required headings and article structure
- WordPress-compatible HTML
- Code-block integrity
- Metadata consistency
- Reading-time consistency
- Package, path and service naming
- Unsafe or obsolete command patterns
- Search metadata
- Internal-link limits
- Image and diagram output
- Publishing and logging results
Known limitations
Even with automated validation, AI-assisted content can still contain errors. Validation rules cannot reproduce every system configuration or predict every future software change. A command that is valid in a test environment may still be inappropriate for a reader’s production system.
Readers should therefore review commands, confirm versions, maintain backups and test high-risk procedures before production use.
Version awareness
Tutorials should identify relevant versions where practical. AI models may have incomplete or outdated knowledge, so current release information, repositories, package names and security practices should be checked against authoritative sources during maintenance.
Generated images and diagrams
Some visual assets may be generated or assembled automatically. These images are intended to improve navigation and understanding. They should not be interpreted as official vendor artwork, certification or endorsement unless explicitly stated.
Search optimisation
AI may assist with search titles, descriptions and keywords. Search optimisation must remain subordinate to clarity and accuracy. We do not intend to publish misleading claims, fabricated benchmarks or unnecessary repetition solely to influence rankings.
Human and automated oversight
Linix.online combines automated rules, logged publishing results, review and reader feedback. The amount of direct human review may vary by article, but material errors remain subject to the Corrections Policy.
Automation should reduce repetitive work without removing responsibility for the final published result.
Disclosure
This site-wide policy provides general disclosure that artificial intelligence may assist with published content. Individual articles may include additional disclosure where the use of AI is particularly relevant.
Prohibited uses
Linix.online does not intend to use AI to:
- Impersonate a named human author
- Fabricate personal experience or laboratory results
- Create undisclosed paid endorsements
- Publish private or confidential data
- Generate intentionally malicious instructions
- Conceal known material errors
Corrections and feedback
If an AI-assisted article contains an inaccurate command, unsafe recommendation, fabricated detail or outdated method, report it through the Corrections Policy or email corrections@linix.online.
Policy updates
This policy may change as Linux Publisher Studio, AI providers, validation methods, editorial practices and legal requirements evolve.
