Our purpose
Our purpose is to publish clear, structured and practical tutorials that help readers install, configure, secure, operate and troubleshoot Linux-based systems. The site is designed for system administrators, developers, DevOps engineers, homelab users, students and anyone who wants dependable technical guidance without unnecessary complexity.
Each guide aims to explain not only which commands to run, but also why a particular procedure is used, how to verify that it worked, what can go wrong and how to recover safely.

How our tutorials are created
Linix.online uses a structured publishing workflow called Linux Publisher Studio. The platform assists with topic planning, drafting, technical structure, validation, images, diagrams, metadata and WordPress publishing. Artificial intelligence may assist with parts of this process, but content is not intended to be published as unchecked raw AI output.
The publishing workflow applies deterministic rules for article structure, command formatting, metadata, search optimisation, internal links, image generation and quality checks. Tutorials are also reviewed and corrected when errors or outdated procedures are identified.
Our editorial principles
We aim to follow a consistent set of editorial principles:
- Accuracy: commands, paths, package names and configuration examples should be technically valid for the stated platform and version.
- Reproducibility: readers should be able to follow the documented sequence and verify the result.
- Security: guides should prefer least privilege, safe defaults, protected credentials and limited network exposure.
- Transparency: limitations, assumptions, prerequisites and potentially destructive actions should be stated clearly.
- Maintenance: articles may be updated when supported versions, repositories, commands or best practices change.
